Our Pizza

 

We make traditional Neapolitan style pizza using a homemade sourdough base and Napoli sauce. The base is made with top quality Italian ‘00’ grade flour and fermented slowly over a minimum of 3 days.

Unlike other ‘sourdough’ pizzerias we never add any yeast to our dough. Flour, water, salt and our own natural starter are all that go into our pizza bases.

Our pizzas are topped with the finest locally sourced produce and locally grown organic vegetables before being cooked in our traditional woodfired oven in around 90 seconds!!
