Where we began.....
In 2016, we bought a small trailer and woodfired pizza oven and began selling our traditional Neapolitan style sourdough pizzas to our local community in Tomatin. After a roaring trade, Cheese & Tomatin was born!
Our small family run business has gone from strength to strength, first opening our small Inverness restaurant in 2018 and subsequently the larger Aviemore branch in December 2020.
The cheese & Tomatin family has since grown with our Inverness branch being run by the Sorbetti family from Naples. Denise Sorbetti and her parents share our passion for authentic, home cooked Italian cuisine and our enthusiasm to create a warm and welcoming environment!
We have mirrored this in our Aviemore restaurant where our amazing team are equally as passionate and dedicated to creating fantastic food in a relaxed and happy setting!
